A spokesperson of the AquaRetard, whose punch line is- ‘Your Tension For Life’, declined to comment on the matter, citing confidentiality obligations, but Teekhi Mirchi managed to contact the fateful customer, and got to know his entire ordeal.

“My water purifier had stopped working for 2 days and I called their number to get this problem fixed. Since water is thought to be more precious than internet, I was hoping they’ll solve the issue in a couple of days. When nobody cared for 5 days, I called them again. This time the guy put me on hold, without even asking. I thought he must have been searching his database for status of my complaint,” said Amit Jakhetia (name changed).

“But all of a sudden I started hearing strange bass sounds, that resembled fart, to be honest. I assumed it to be background music to keep reminding me that my call was on hold. After about 35 minutes the executive indeed responded, saying that, their job is only to note down complaint and give us complaint numbers. They actually have no fucking idea what happens behind the scene,” Amit added.

When Teekhi Mirchi pressed how he was sure that the executive was indeed in toilet, Amit replied, “He put me on hold again, without asking or telling me why he was doing that…He must have felt sudden bowl pressure and an urgency to concentrate. I let him continue when suddenly I heard a sound of flush with a huge sigh of relief following that. When I inquired what that flush sound was, he replied that being a water purifier company, its their theme music.”

At the time of writing this news, customer had accumulated 2 dozen complaint numbers, without any resolution.
