Ghaziabad: In a major blow to people’s right to making fun of other’s miseries, Kejriwal’s family doctor today declared that his coughing has finally been cured. Mr. Kejriwal was suffering from chest infection for a long time and used to cough often.
As soon as this news broke out, it sent a huge wave of disappointment among fun-loving twitterati who otherwise had a great time cracking Khansi and Muffler jokes on him. Panic was so huge that twitteratti were found copying Santa-Banta types jokes from facebook to their twitter accounts. Other netizens were shocked with this behavior and described it as ‘Brain-drain’. Normally people copy quality jokes from twitter to Facebook and not the other way round.
Psychologist are calling this ‘Compulsive Behavior Disorder’. “A person who slips and falls on the road doesn’t do any comedy, but we still instantly laugh at him . It’s like natural response of our nervous system to external stimuli, that poor chap falling on the road in this case. We just do it!” an expert on human behavior explained to Teekhi Mirchi. “…and cyberspace is no exception.” he added.
“Imagine a world where nobody falls ill, or is handicapped, or has an uncommon appearance…Life would be so monotonous. People would just be deprived of humor, and may die of depression. How boring such a world would be! Nature understood this very basic need of the mankind and created a heterogeneous environment like ours…an environment that provided these necessary opportunities to its inhabitants,” an environmentalist and expert on human evolution told Teekhi Mirchi.
“Ok, we’ll miss his Khansi and Muffler, but we still have his Chappals, XXL-size shirts and Wagon-R. We can still create jokes on these stuff, we just need to be creative,” a twitterati with optimism in his eyes told Teekhi Mirchi.
