Cyberspace: In a worrying incident that though happens on cyberspace everyday, but went out of control today, two groups of hypocrites fought with each other using popular tools such as contradicting hashtags, abuses, trolling, jokes, insults, memes etc. Both these hypocrite groups accused the other one of hypocrisy, and presented older tweet screenshots of other group’s members as a proof to back their claim.
One member of the group, who only watches his favorite biased news channel to reinforce his preconceived ideas and justify his bigotry, expressed utter shock and dismay at the way other news channels he hated indulge in biased reporting, showing only one side of a story, ignoring the other one.
Members of the other group of hypocrites were not left behind. One of their troll, who had last year posted hundreds of jokes and insults on the idol of other group, expressed utter disgust and felt it nauseating when he found other group’s members were doing the same thing this year to his favorite public figure.
“It’s a complicated game you know! Sometimes I say- other group is worse than ours, and sometimes I try to prove others are as bad as us. This turns messy at a level we don’t understand what we’re saying or we mean. It’s a kind of compulsive behavior, we’re genetically programmed this way. But this game is fun,” revealed one member of the troll community who denies he’s a hypocrite.
