Geneva: After declaring ‘Jana Gana Mana’ the best Anthem of the world, as confirmed by viral shares on Facebook and Whatsapp long back, Indians now have yet another reason to cheer and feel proud of, needless to say, viral hysteria for spreading this news on different platforms.
Virtually putting an end to the ongoing controversy over whether India should have a national slogan, and whether that should be used as a metrics to assess someone’s patriotism and loyalty, UNESCO today declared ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ as the best Slogan of the world. The announcement was made through an anonymous post on Facebook and Whatsapp, that spread like wildfire by enthusiastic Indian net users.
“I was waiting for this to happen with my breath almost stuck there! We had the slogan, and we were using it to measure ‘nationalist credentials’ of people and to separate patriots from sickulars, but we needed some kind of legitimacy, and UNESCO has again amazed us,” said Garjan Mishra, a Whatsapp hoax enthusiast.
Teekhi Mirchi is in exclusive possession (Huhhhh!) of the viral post about the best slogan, that we’re sharing below. So, next time someone says- ‘Hey! I like to chant the slogan, but not forcefully, and not for proving something about me’, then show them this!
